I bought a leather lounge suite at Furniture city, the first time it was delivered we found the stitching loose on
the one couch and the colour of this couch was different to the rest. When inspected by my uncle who is an upholsterer he said that its definitely a used couch. I reported the incident and a new couch was delivered.
The new couch when opened we discovered a big hole in the back of the couch, my mum ask the driver to immediately take it back and asked if there was another set on the van. To our luck there was a new set on the van except for the ottoman. Its is a week now and I have yet discovered that the lounge suite that was deliver for the 3rd time is chipped on the wooden leg of the one couch and the ottoman is a different colour to the couches and is wobbly. I laid a complaint yesterday again advising of the damage. I am in distress ever since i bought my furniture it cost R21000 which is a helluva lot of money. I've lost trust and i am wondering if I'm ever going to get the value worth. No tags and no guarantee slip received. When purchasing I was advised that it only comes in brown, now I see red advertised. Totally Disgusted!!! Can someone please help!!!
