Damaged Couches

I bought a couch from Coricroft in December 2012 for R24, 000. The couches were delivered to me in January 2013. They were fine until in May realized that the stitching was going off in one part of the couch. I reported the matter to them and an assessor came to assess and they agreed that they would take part of the couch for repairs. They took it and I realized that the part that was left also had the same problem and the it also had a problem with the springs as there is a some sort of a hole in it. I then called Coricraft to say that I am not satisfied with the quality of their product and I would like to return it. I have been waiting for the past two weeks and there has been no response. I have been with half a couch for the past month after paying the amount of money that I did. The other part of the couch is just sitting at my place and i cant even sit on it cause further damage would happen to it. So basiscally i paid for an ornament to look at and not a couch. I do not want the couch as I really believe that it is of inferior quality and would like to be refunded my money.
