HomeChoice Agent with VERY bad attitude

Cant believe this, an Agent just (16h29) called me from HomeChoice regarding my payment. Didn't hear what her name was but it was a black women. I already talked to anothe agent and made arrangements and didn't understand why they called me again. When I couldn't answer her question she just got rude and didn't even say goodbye properly and threw the phone down in my ear. I'm definitely not buying from them again, if this is the way they treat their customer.
