This post makes reference to a previous complaint made to Vryheid Country Furniture that has now been resolved. It also provides due praise to the company for the quality of both the service prior to delivery and final product.

The earlier complaint raised on Hello Peter was directed at the very last point in the process for which we have resolved.

Mark and his team were very proactive during the "construction period" of my order in terms of keeping me informed on the status, color requirements and expected delivery dates and process.

The final product looks amazing; it is solid wood, well finished and I'm confident will have an enduring benefit. The delivery/installation team even gave me advice on how to look after product.

Through this resolution process the owner demonstrated pride and commitment to me. I am very happy with the final product and can highly recommend this company to other consumers.
