Homechoice Sales agent with bad Attitude

An agent from homechoice by the name "Nomonde" was very rude after she found out that i wasn't interested in her sales pitch, i have an existing account with homechoice, after i told this lady i wasn't interested in anything at the moment "she added that there was no hope in me ever buying, as the last time i had bought anything was in 2010", from what i know is as customers we make purchases when we see the need not to satisfy some frustrated sales agent, who can't even carry out a constructive sales pitch. i really feel undermined
