Packaging is a disgrace

On the 12th of Dec, i went to the Woodmead branch to purchase a few items. I wanted to buy a baby born and had to unpack the entire shelf to find one with a box that didnt look like it had been driven over by a car. needless to say, i never found one. i was looking for a jewellery box aswell, and when i opened the damaged packaging, the jewellery box was scratched like you cannot believe. The tool set that i purchased also had a squashed box. I purchased what i could and decided to go to the Sandton Branch. Well their stock was in mint condition. Its sad to know that your stores quality is so poor when clearly the other stores are doing just fine. Lets just say, giving my nephew a present in a squashed box wasnt my proudest moment. Shame on you for your lack of care. If your packaging looks like its been thrown across the room, imagine the product inside.
