Bad attitude, unfriendly

I went shopping with my daughter on the 15th of January to your Sandton Branch. This is after visiting a couple of clothing stores and had an awesome time. We purchased two dresses and whilst my daughter was trying them on... I saw a beautiful watch at your Jewellery department. The lady was awesome and very helpful.

We proceeded to the tills... we were so unfortunate to be served by Angela who was so grumpy, unfriendly and just grabbed the items without even greeting us. As if that was not enough... did not even see that I have tags from the Jewellery department. I showed her those... again grabbed them. Took my card and proceeded.

I am sad that your stores at this day and age do not realise or train staff to know that people buy experience - not items. I would urge you to look out for service orientated people as you are not an exclusive clothing store anymore... lots of brands offer quality, service and experience... Join the party!

As a retailer myself, I would advise that you train that lady as she will pull the brand down.
