The customer service at Toys 'r Us Tokai is non existent. I enquired about the price of a toy that I purchased at the till point as some were marked at a lower price, the cashier never made eye contact with me and then shouted over me to someone I think was called Ashley who then said that somne were a different price because the packaging was water damaged but not the one I was buying. None of this was said directly to me, it was all shouted over my head. when I remarked that the customer service was disgusting I was told by the cashier that she had worked in retail for many years! Shame on you is all that I can say. When will our shop assistants ever wake up to the fact that without customers they won't have a job and being polite and courteous cost's nothing as opposed to offending me that when I need a childs birthday present I went to the Crazy Store in Tokai instead, found what I wanted at half the price of Toys 'R Us and got a smile from the cashier! To top it off the dress up shoes I bought for my daughter and a friend both broke first time they put them on, poor service and product.
