Please help

Can someone please help me as I am trying to settle my loan account at Woollies but no one can find my account number on the system. I placed myself under administration years ago but I rescinded it in October last year as I want to settle. I have been battling for weeks now. Why can no one find my account number on the system. I am no longer under admin. I'm very upset.
