Dishonesty

My Granny went to the store to draw her grand money n the cashier drew all her money but only gave her R50.00 and said that was only the money that was in the card wish was not true, she complained and she was taken from pillar to post and kept on postponing till my wife went to Query and even now My grandmother hasn't get her money even now, i don't wanna go there as I might end up in jail cause of the things they might make me do cause of their dishonesty, ignorance, and disrespect, this Matter is even known to SASSA, how rude heard less people can do, if this happened to her what about others, that means is being happening all along.

Kindly assist to stop this.
