Refusing To Assist Me With Loan Clearing

Im trying to make an arrangement to clear my loan account with them. Was told that i was handed over was given 011 5604281 MBD to assist me when i called that number was told that my account was sent back to woolworths collections and i should call 0861 502018, which i called and was told to call MBD on 011 5604733 the phone was ringing and being dropped and i called again the woolworths 086 number. I spoke to a lady by the name of Tracy who was completely arrogant and wasnt helpful. Can i get help because i want to settle this account. This behavior of making me call who and who when i want to pay your money is ridiculous. I want to pay and your not even cooperating with me here. :-(
