On the 15th October 2004 i have placed my self under admin and on the 10th September 2010 the admin order was rescinded. I have applied for a personal loan and the lady at the loan company said to me that it still shows when they print there report. I have phoned ITC and Experian numerous times and the keep on saying to me that it has been taken off i have tried again for a personal loan and it still pops up on there system so i would like to know what should i do in a situation like this.
