KFC branch complaint

People in Vryheid have complained at KFC Vryheid's Manager about poor services and poor quality of their product many many times before. This is why I am writing this letter to Hello Peter. One cannot approach the Manager or "the owner" as such because he doesn't want to believe one complaining about his product and his employees bad attitude. Well I have had enough, my family and I love KFC but we cannot take this KFC branches poor food quality and bad attitude anymore and believe I am not the only one complaining about this matter. There are two KFC branches in this town, the other KFC branche's product quality and service is very good, but one cannot go there at night because it is not safe. This branch I'm complaining about is at the corner of Mark and Landdros street and has a drive through and one can go there at any time night or day. Please Hello Peter can you help us? It will be highly appreciated.
