Furniture City Boksburg and delivery team a waste

It as taken over two weeks to just process my order with Furniture City Boksburg, each time going there i have had to put up with their system breakdowns and so on. Finally i complete my order and the delivery side of the company cannot advise as to when i will be getting my furniture. The process has been tedious and tiring and i am just short of cancelling the order. The experience from the sales man who met us at the door and gave us fictitious prices of what he had bought, we had to recalculate and the figure came down by R9000.On finishing your order they say delivery will be in three days. This is not the case and the people in question then refuse to deal with you when you call in to make a follow up call regarding the status of your delivery. The warehouse is just as bad, i would urge anyone to think at least nine times before going into this store, they will make you cry
