Very disappointed

I bought a carton of camel active from Pick and Pay in Vryheid. I am really disappointed in the quality of the product and feel I really wasted my money on a well known brand with high set standards as half of my cigarettes don't have the press to refresh ball. Another thing is that there is no number for customer complaints, you can only email them or complete a Hello Peter. I am really not satisfied with the product. I paid for what was advertised and this is the end result.
