Illegally handed over! no communication

I have complained previously and havent received any feedback! i was handed over to some 3rd party collectors without being notified, i have been making regular payments, so im not sure how you can do that! i have sent proof of payment to esmorelda maree from capital data on more than 2 occasions, where she has failed to supply me with feedback! i would like this sorted out please. its quite frustrating trying to do you job!
