On new card

Hi,

I received a card to be activated, posted to my residential address. I did not activate the card however Markhems have notified me that the card was activated and a sum of R8.564.46 was spent on the account (At American swiss) that they are holding me liable for.

MBD attorneys are demanding this payment after I brought this matter to the stores attention, and provided the requested proof of residence, ID and police affidavid.

I heard nothing from American swiss who said they would call me to update me on the investigation.

Please assist in this regard as I do not want to be listed on ITC.
