Is about Profits, Not the Client Anymore

I have been buying black formal slipons from Woolworth for well into three years.
May not seem that long but as I have a size 12-13 shoe, it was one of the only places I could find at a reasonable price. I go through about 3 pairs a year and at R250 to R299 i was content.
Now, i can only see an 11, and thinking i could move from a 13 to a 12, maybe I can make a plan & I decide to take them, only to discover i dont have a hope in heaven, i then decide to take them back today and look at their more expensive range as I was happy that Woolworths was there for me and still thought of the individual. My wife, walks in to be told, oh, sorry, you cant return the useless size 11's and we cant offer you a size 12 at all as we dont stock them anymore. Needless to say, I now have a NEW pair of shoes I can O NOTHING with and am still without a size 12. those who have larger feet will undertand and i am completely blown away that the last date that I could return them was on Easter Sunday when I was busy with family and not in shops.
I would like to let you know that I will never be setting another FOOT in your store, but, hey its obviously more about the profits and masses than the client
