Handed over to SSDA without any communication

On 7 November 2013 I recieved 3 sms stating that my account has been handed over to SSDA and I need to pay R2 619, 12. Later the same day I received 2 sms apologising for the multiple sms sent previously as it was in error and an agent will call me to confirm the status of my plan.

A week later I received a call from an agent from SSDA instructing me to make a payment of R2 619, 12 which I owed to Liquid Capital for the service plan policy I had taken out in 2011. I informed him that I had requested to cancell the policy on 2 occassions on their website and to date no communication been received from them and nobody notified me that I will need to pay a cancelation fee or anything in that regard.

I told the agent that I will not deal with him and requested that Liquid Capital must first conatc me in any way, shape or form so that an arrangement can be made and to date nothing!
