Where are my Puma Sneakers???

I entered the Steri Stumpie competition, to win a pair of Puma sneakers. After a few entries, I received an sms informing me I had won a pair.
I followed the link and entered all my details as needed.
It has now been over 6 months since I got that sms. No phone calls from anyone asking for info or maybe informing me about problems with the comp itself.
Was that just a marketing scheme to get more of your product sold? I have noticed that there are complaints about the same problem from a few other people too.
If this is not sorted out soon or I don't get a response or explanation by end of work day Tuesday (09 July 2013) I will take this further.

Its a disgrace that I support this company and this brand, and yet I don't get any feed back from earlier complaints I sent.

I look forward to getting my sneakers... If I don't, I WILL take further action.
