Still waiting for refund after 20 days

I orderd a golf shirt online and paid R429 inl delivery. I received the shirt but without the 75 year logo. After contacting Nathan he agreed to arrange for the refund if I return the shirt. I send it and the shipping of the golf shirt that was a wrong delivery in the first place, cost me R156. The parcel was delivered on the 10th July back to Sneakers. I spoke with Nathan last week and still today no refunding. I am not happy at all, I send him my account via email, what is taking so long. I will definitily not order online at the Blue Bulle shop again, since they make use of Sneakers.
