WRONG DELIVERY! NO RESPONSE

On ordering a pair of grey sneakers, on delivery 2 weeks late of when it was supposed to arrive, they were the wrong shoes. they finally came and collected them and on requesting the status of my delivery no one responds to my messages or emails. This is disgusting service especially when we are so new to online shopping and companies like this spoil the experience.
