On the 11.03.2013 I contacted Edgars Regarding my hospital cash back plan I spoke to Sandile and Jabu who promissed that I will get feed back within 3days. Monday the 25.03 still no feedback and phoned again and spoke to Emmanuel who I told I want feedback no later than Thuesday morning almost 72hours later and still waiting. My daughter 2 was admitted for Bacterial Meningites and I had to take unpaid leave because she was fighting for her life and didnt have any leave/family resp as my daughter has been sick for three weeks and been from 1Dr to another and rushed her to hospital on the 03.03 and was discharged on the 10.03.She was readmitted on the 19.03 for complicated meningites, she had a stroke, bloodclot in brain brain dammage and was discharged on the 23.03.I wanted to put in my claim but everybody kept on telling me different stories and excuses. I trusted in Edgars in my hour of need and relied on everyone's word that somebody will phone me back, but still I'm waiting. Quick to phone you when your Acc is Overdue not even 24, so this only tells me that Edgars is quick to phone you for a new product/service, outstanding acc but to provide a good service to clients is out of the Quest
