All I want is my money Back

Edgars Finance decided to force policies on me without my concern and knowledge. The so-called Hospital Cash Back; Family Provider and Dental Plan were shoved into my life. I noticed this year in January and I contacted Edgars Finance same month and when they sent me documents it was a shock to see that they have been taking money from my Edgars account since last year April. I've been in contact with them 4 times but they dont bother giving any feedback. I spoke to Shiela who promised me that her manager will get back to me.
Velie promised to cancel these Three policies and reverse payment. To prove that they are unprofessional the manager Sandile Mabaso promised that she is aware of the complaint and will get back to me before the end of business day on 13th of September 2013 but not even one of them bother calling or solving my complaint.

I've never tasted such a bitter service like this before and never even a mere shoe lace from your shop. I always pay my account. Give me what is mine.
