Hospital cash back plan

My husband was admitted in hospital on January, then after some weeks he passed away. I went to edgars to close his clothing account and they told me that he didnt have any insurance with them. After some time I've found out on his statement that he had a hospital cash back plan with them, I went to the nearest edgars, they told me that I cnt claim because he's no more. And they gave me their call centre number to confirm
and I called them, they told me to call hollard, since from march still today, I dnt get answers, I dnt know how many times I've called hollard, taking me from this department to the other, just tired
