Hi,
I'm Charles AmoS, I experienced Bad service at Markham Zevenwacht we bought 2blackberrys on the MTN network that was continuously faulty .the 1st bb we bought in March 2012 and then got a upgrade about a month ago February 2013 then the bb was 3weeks old 9320 and that phone had a problem and the phone just reboots itself, we had enough of the new phone rebooting itself. We took it in for repairs and received it back and then still it done the samething. Spoke to manageress Anca. Markham and still nothing was done, her customer service skills stinks and we still do not have a new phone. I want a new phone as the 1 that's is rebooting is beyond repair.

I closed my wifes acc. 3months because of inexperienced call centre staff who threatend to have me black listed. The reason why i closed my wifes account @foshini cause a guy @call centre threatened to blacklist me (faizel) as i made payment arrangements already .thats why i paid up my wifes account up and closed it this was a real bad experience .12th dec.2012 .also paid up my @home acc. And planning to close my account because of unprofessional people that works for the TGIF Group. I HAVE CONTINUOUS PROBLEMS WITH YOUR GROUP!
