I write this with complete disgust, and disappointment at the service in store at you bride&co.

I went dress hunting was happy and willing to assist. Five months down the line when it was time for the dress to be steamed I got no joy as the customer needed to call the branch every second day asking can I collect my dress yes, yes. I got to the branch in Cavendish to collect veil and ball gown paid thousands for as a customer got to the store my veil was not even steamed was in the same condition when I handed over to the store lady. I am not even shore if my ball gown was steamed, me as the customer needed to wait an hour in Cavendish branch for my veil till finish steam which need to be done. I left the branch disgusted and disappointed even more frustrated no apology received.

Traveled all the way from Cavendish to canal walk branch to collect father of the bride shirt and goodies when I got to the store the shirt and goodies was not even steamed neatly. I will make people aware about the bad service and would like feedback there is more to follow. I even bought a suit in the branch the alteration was done end result look terrible.
