DISGUSTED AT THE BAD SERVICE OF CANAL WALK BRANCH

I write this with complete disgust, and extreme disappointment at the after service and in store service of your canal walk branch. We purchased a dress the beginning of March, and unfortunately only discovered at home that there was a rip in the dress below, this was a day before the function, we took the dress back immediately after which was the Monday after (11/03/2013) the function and of course the store claims the rip was never there and implied it was ripped by the client, dress was in any way taken by the store who claims their "seamstress" will fix it, to date 26 March 3 weeks later there has not been ONE phone call from this branch, for feedback or even just a courtesy call i am disgusted that stores like these are still in business, i will not even go into detail about the service received in the store, In this day and age with a tightened consumer act, how do you get away such horrible service and stay in business???!!!
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BRIDE&CO TO ANYONE, and that goes for any branch in the western Cape!!
