I went to fetch my altered gown on Saturday the 23rd November. My appointment was at 11:00 and they only served me after I asked why I haven't been served yet at 11:20. I fit my altered dress on and I couldn't sit in it because the corset pulls up till under my neck. Upon asking if they could cut the top band off they said they couldn't cut the corset of which the sales assistant neglected to mention to me when I bought the dress. It is a week before my wedding and I had no dress. The only solution was to take another dress similar to that but at R3610 more. I feel that they could have given me better service and a better price. My budget was ruined and all they could say was they were sorry and fice me dry cleaning after the wedding for free and put a R60 hook on the back for my train. Another lady there bought the same initial dress and had the problem. I am not the first bride to be cheated out of spending more money at that branch because of them ruining a dress. I want a better solution.
