Bride&Co fails to deliver promises

I previously tried on a wedding dress that i could not afford only to find later it was on sale. I phoned the Boksburg branch who was so helpful and they put me in touch with Rivonia.
Portia from Rivonia said they only had one dress left at the Cape Town branch and that she had ordered it for me.

I was assured it would arrive in the following week but then when i phoned a week later Portia said she would follow up. She knew very well that i was expecting the dress and i had even asked to pay to secure the dress but she said it was not necessary. Then yesterday (05 Feb) she said she had followed up and that the dress had been sold!

Then the manager tried to get me to try on another dress on sale 2 sizes smaller than what i need?!
They havent even offered to carry the cost of a more expensive dress even though they have messed up and lost me my dress.

I am highly disappointed in the bad service. Also dont expect any of them to return your calls as they dont. I had even spoken to the manager Prem the previous week and she assured me the dress was on its way.

Bad service and bad attitudes from Rivonia!
