Disgusting service!

I am so disappointed with the service my maid of honour and I have received fom Bride and Co. I live in Cape Town and my family had booked a special day to go wedding dress shopping and no one bothered to tell us that your Rivonia branch had burnt down nor did anyone tell my maid of honour that the Rivonia contact number had been re-rooted to your Boksburg branch. And the attitude fom your Boksburg branch stating that the "burnt down branch" is on the website... IT'S NOT! My booking was taken down and we then made the effort to go to the Boksburg branch and we were then told all the consultants were busy and we had to now wait! Well the outcome was us walking out disgusted with your service! I will not be shopping for a dress from an unprofessional institute like Bride and co. Nor will i suggest it to anyone... Quite sad.. You just lost 7 dresses...
