POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a dress from Bride&co and had some alterations done on the dress, regretfully the service and the quality of work done on my dress was frustratingly dissapointing. After several phone calls my query was'nt resolved and not even the General Manager Mr. Basil Joshua was able to assist me. Now I'm stuck with a dress that will not live up to the occasion.
