To whom it may concern

My husband and I first purchased an couch from Lewis, we returned it as it was not something we wanted (lady sourced an L shaped and sent it for us to view)
was then advised My Home is one of their branches too and can go look there. Danie helped us with another purches on the screen thingy they have in store, couches was delivered and next day we advised him there are issues with the couch. R20 000 purchase we still needed to sign paper work for. We did not see any contract nor did he come and fix the couches, I then had enough of this and advised him twice to come and collect, he is now gone. Then new manager came and they will call for debt collection?..

my husband explained the situation to them as well, I have told them too about the couch been damaged om delivery and I'm now tired of this bad service only asking about when wewill sign contract. I will not sign anything as the goods we received was damaged, I was atleast 4 times to the store to sort it out, phoned many times and they always will call back.

THEY NEED TO COME AND FETCH THE COUCHES, I DONT WANT THEM!!!

The other things I purchased from lewis was payed in 3 months off
