Makro not doing anything about my damaged goods

Ought a cantilever umbrella and the outdoor couch set durin the festive season and and on chrismas whn i opened the umbrella the color was wrong and most parts were missing in the box and there was a bit of rust on the umbrella and u could see that it was used and i couldnt use it. and even one of the seates the weaving on it was loose, after new year i took the umbrella back and left the couch at home cos i dint have transport for it cos i had also paid for delivery for it to get to my place at Makro. they took back the umbrella back and told me they didnt have any more of the cantilever umbrella, and the guy who helped us whn we bought the stuff told us he was very tired and cudnt help and just took our no.s and said he will send another couch to replace the one thats damaged the following day and he will give us a call the following day. its been three he hasnt called till today. i am so disapointed in the service i got from Makro.
