Manager threatens to throw us out

We requested to sit outside as it was no longer rainin a waiter walked us to a table and disappears leaving us with no menus we decide to change tables, as it was raining earlier my fiance attempted to move an umbrella over our table a waiter ran over n demanded he doesn't move it to our table as its blocking the rain from other tables instead of assisting us to wipe the wet table n setting is up. The manager den came over wanted to know what's the problem like he owned the place n he is doing us a favour by allowing us to eat there 30 minutes had already passed before we had ordered due to the manager argueing with me as to y we moving the umbrella are we as customers supposed to know y those umbrella's were not @ over a table instead of assisting or asking it was like "don't move the umbrella" The rain was over it was just cloudy. The managers attitude is out right pathetic by threatenin to call security to remove me, for what? The manager den tells us its not we av to walk all the way down the stais to smoke while allowing others to smoke @ their tables n later comes n tells us its ok we can smoke there we are not smokers tho a flavoured cigar is fun.
