I bought an Umbrella about 3 weeks back from Cielo, after delivery (about a week after) I decided to connect the Umbrella, later during the day the Umbrella fell because of strong wind and one arm on the broke (soft steel) which means if I open it, it has this side that will not open properly.

On the 16/09/13 logged a complaint with the supplier Cielo whom forward me to Wheco, followed up with them on the 18th and still no response from them, its unfortunate they do not have a branch near by, otherwise I would take it back for a new one just like other retailers does.

I'm really disappointed at their service as I love their products and was planning on buying more and have also referred their company to my friends.
