Simply disgusted

I recieved 2 vouchers (of a R1000 each) and wished to confirm them and called the 0860262289 number at 8:00, 8:01, 8:10, 8:24 and 8:28 - it was laughable as the voice activated response says i have just missed them as they are only open from 8:00 - 6:00pm on weekdays - unless Edcon operates on an hour later time scale or they are based overseas (which clearly isnt the case) then they are basically either useless in not changing their voice over or they just dont care about their clients - simply disgusted
