Utterly Disgusted: The manager phoned me to appologise and mentioned that his hands are basically tied as they are understaffed. He also complains to Edcon and are basically told to deal with this himself as in this case. Why are all the Edcon shops in little towns so pathetic? I refer to Bethlehem Jet, Edgars and CNA. We pay the same for our merchandise, yet we have to be content with very bad service, dirty and sloppy stores and hardly any stock?
This was my feedback on Jet's feedback - a couple of weeks ago but alas.
