WRONGLY LOADED AS SLOW PAYER AT CREDIT BUREAUX

I Received an SMS from 27 816990199 on 15 July 2013 at 10H38 with following message: Edcon has loaded a slow payer listing to the registered Credit Bureaux. Contact Edcon on 0860112447 regarding payment which is overdue. BUT I have NO accounts at any of the Edcon shops at all! I tried to phone but they will not help unless I give my ID number. With the increasing identity I cannot give it over the phone. Edcon can NOT simply place me on the Credit listing without proper/correct procedures?!
