BAD RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND POOR SERVICE

During or about early March Hifz Curtains were contacted in order to provide me with roller blinds (blinds) for my lounge window. I was informed of the purchase price and the deposit was subsequently paid.

On or about 15 March 2013 Hifz Curtains' workmen attended at my premises to deliver and fit the blinds.

Once the workmen completed their work they called me to check the blinds and I indicated that there were huge gaps, in between the blinds. They indicated it was correct.

On 16 March 2013 I contacted the owner to indicate that the blinds were incorrectly measured resulting in the blinds being too small for the window. He refused to listen, he screamed at me, was aggressive, rude, disrespectful and there after banged the phone down on me! I have since lost my deposit and now have blinds I cannot use. In any event his workmen again attended at my premises and one of their own workmen confirmed that the blinds are incorrectly measured and fitted and that he too would not be satisfied with such blinds. the workmen agreed to double check the measurements and revert. They did not revert and today when I spoke to Ziyaad he was rude, threatening and dropped the phone on me!
