Worst experience ever, plz cancel my account ASAP

I opened an account with Happy at ok Sunnyside, few weeks later I went to pay the deposit. When I had to go back and sign the contract it was wed morning, there was a sign notifying us of the stock take and the store opening at 9:30, there were more than 5 customers and we waited till 10am. I told them that the stove us for my family in kzn, they called the nearest branches in kzn and Winnie confirmed that, they can collect the stove at ok in west street and ask 4 Logan Govender who is the manager and whom she spoke to she even said she will fax him my proof of payment.my family went to ok this morning, Govender said he doesn't know anything about the stove as no one informed him about that, my family couldn't get hold of me on my phone and had to go back home after wasting their petrol, time and money and looking like fools in front of the staff and other clients especially when ovender asked them how they knew his name. I called ok, several times as they said he us busy, he didnt call me back when I managed to get hold of him he told me the same story, I called ok Sunnyside and was told "someone"made a mess! who is responsible for that mess? my family thinks I didnt buy the stove. PATHETIC!!
