Bad workmanship and service

I placed an order for patio roll up blinds in December 2012, paid 50% deposit. After numerous calls that go unanswered and sms's the blinds were installed late January 2013, i was horrified when i arrived home, dispite them measuring for the blinds twice, the blinds were 10cm too narrow on both sides. Since then i have been trying to contact Johnnie Smith to sort out. He keeps promising to sort it out, but does not. The reason i had the blinds put up in the first place was to make my patio water proof, but its not. He claimed to have done all Ocean Baskets blinds so it thought he would be a good choice to go with. Please don't make use of this company for patio blinds. Qualty and workmanship is shocking.
