Service still not recieved after full payment

I ordered blinds from Blinds Express, paid full amount the 19 March 2013 and its now the 11 April 2013 and STILL no blinds due to scheduling issue with installers -As a client i expect a service to be delivered around my schedule, Blinds express however tells me i need to be happy when they can deliver because they want to spare fuel costs and they have a certain route and if my address is not on that route i cannot get my blinds that day!! Today they have vehicle issues and i need to work around the installers schedule NEVERMIND that I also have a full time job- I also have a schedule and NO BLINDS in my house till now!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!! Their staff has no telephone etiquette or manners!!!
