Lewis is incompetent

I am very angry and feel like i've been made stupid by lewis store in roodepoort. I purchased silvana kitchen units from lewis back in 2011. I have been a good payer and im disgusted by their service. I have reported this issue of my kitchen cupboards being loose and the cupboard glass is also broken. Since last year they have been saying they will send someone. i once missed an opportunity of my career as they listed me and i lost that job cos of them. i visited their store and changed my address as i was also paying and this patrick or pat guy who helped with the 1st purchase said he will send someone. i complained and he escalated the issue to kabelo a guy with dreads and he also filled me with to say he will make sure that he sends someone. every week i get a call to say i have credit and to come visit the store, i tell them my problem then they say they will escalate this issue. Hello its march 2013 already but they keep on lying. A guy called Eugene called me asking more of my details apologising and said they will send a person to go fix my cupboards. i mean ive paid off my account but still theres nothing been done. Please help out and tell them i want compensation.
