Different excuses for why TV guarantee wont cove

I purchased 2 Sony LED TVS in first quarter of this year. After approximately 3 months the screen of one TV had a problem. We took this in to Game and reported this to customer services. The sales persons at the department started accusing us of having dropped the TV. Only after taking this to the manager were the staff happy to put the report in and let Sony do the diagnoses.

One month later I was called by Game staff to say that I have to pay R5000 to fix the screen. Confused I asked why does the guarantee not cover this. I was told they will get back to me the same day but no one did. Some time later I was called and told that on Sony's report it shows that the last thing played on the TV was a Playstation so I have to pay R5000 to fix. She told me the screen is excluded from the 1st year guarantee. I asked again that she confirm this with supplier but no one came back to me.

I called for an update, to be told the TV is now disposed of by Patience. In a long winded discussion she asked "why am I calling", "What do I want", "Why dont I phone the supplier". She 3 times in the conversation but kept accusing me of lying. What next?
