Lewis Stores

I had an account with Lewis stores a few years back and i paid it off and asked them to remove me off their data base and close off the account. I have there after been receiving several calls from Lewis stating i have credit worth -R20000 and i kept telling them I'm not interested. Today 17/05/2013 i received a call from a lady from Lewis Kempton park asking if i have received my delivery. I have never purchased anything from the store.. The lady was very help full and asked me to come to the shop, I immediately went and i went to the police station to do an affidavit and handed the documents to the lady. The lady that sold goods illegally under my name was sitting at the Lewis shop. I'm horrified by Lewis customer security measures and how could a person take goods under my name with no security checks being done? I don't even stay at the address they say the delivered the goods at anymore so the drivers are also. Don't they have measures to ensure the person taking the good is the correct person? Now i have to wait while until i get a call from them stating what has been done with the issue. I need my name cleared and the lady arrested fo
