REFUND OF RETURNED PURCHASE TAKING 2 MONTHS

I BOUGHT AN ITEM OF CLOTHING ON THE 7TH OF FEBRUARY, I DID NOT TRY THE GARMENT ON AS I DID NOT HAVE TIME. IT WAS SMALL AND I THEN RETURNED IT TO THE STORE THE FOLLOWING DAY.
I PAID BY DEBIT CARD.
I WAS TOLD THAT THE MONEY WOULD BE BACK IN MY ACCOUNT IN 24-48 HOURS.
IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NOW ..GOING ON 2 AND THAT MONEY IS NOT YET BACK IN MY ACCOUNT!!!
I TOOK THE RECEIPTS FROM THE TRANSACTION AS WELL AS MY BANK STATEMENT AS PROOF THAT THE REVERSAL HAD NOT BEEN DONE, THESE DOCUMENTS WERE SENT TO YOUR HEAD OFFICE.
THEMBI FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE (SANDTON CITY STORE) HELPED A BIT I LAST SPOKE TO HER 2 WEEKS AGO AND HEAD OFFICE HAD INFORMED HER THE REVERSAL HAD TAKEN PLACE ON THE 12TH OF MARCH AND THIS ISN'T SO AND NOW SHE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNING MY CALLS!
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN I CAN GO TO THE STORE TO COLLECT MY MONEY AS IT SEEMS THE REVERSAL INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!
