Reversal = No Reversal (according to me)

I recently bought goods from my local Spar. I swiped my card, but the slip never printed, FNB then send me a sms showing the money going out of my account shortly after that I received another sms saying there was a reversal. I swiped my card a second time and pay for the goods. This morning I checked my statement via internet banking, I then see that the amount did indeed went off my account twice with no reversal. I call FNB and they can't help me. I need to go to Spar to dispute this, or go to a branch, fill in a dispute form etc. Then why the sent me the reversal sms in the first place FNB? Are this a new way to from your banking customers? I am extremely disappointed in FNB as of now.
