Only one reversal transacation, but billed twice

Good day,

On the 16 Feb 2013, i went to game at greenstone mall, got the items i wanted, when i was about to pay, was told that they are offline but will try and see if the transaction goes through, the teller tried about three time with no success but i got incontacts sms on my phone at that time and showed her but she told me that the money will be auto reversed by the head office, on monday 18 Feb, i called my bank to notify them and the bank told me i should take it up with the store if the reversal does not come through within 7 days, on the 23 i went back to game store using my own expenses to find out why the reversal did not happen, Patricia told me that she will check on monday as their head office does not work on weekends, 26 Feb i got incontacts notifying me about the reversal but one transaction and Patricia called me to say all was fixed and asked me if i did not take the items with me, and i got confused since i never signed and got any slip since they were offline.

This is very inconvinencing as i never got the items, my money is gone and nobody is helping, i really NEED the money to be reversed and dont think will be going to game store anytime soon.
