7 months later... AGAIN

See my previous complaint in Aug called "7 months later..."
Well, it's 7 months later again and guess what, the couch that you guys replaced is falling apart again, sagging, arm rest is falling in. Please can you send some one out again to come have a look again, as it seems you wont do anything, even if this now the 3rd time you are coming out to look, Send someone out on Monday, i have ppl coming over on Tuesday night, you are not going to put me at shame with a sagging couch. I await your call.
